How do I check my order status?
Check your email (including spam/junk) for the delivery email. If you haven't received it within the estimated delivery time shown on the product page, contact us with your order reference.
I entered the wrong serial number
Contact us immediately with the correct serial and your order reference. If the code hasn't been generated yet, we may be able to update it. See our Refund Policy for details.
My code doesn't work
Double-check you're entering the code exactly as provided, including any leading zeros. If your radio is in lockout mode, wait the required time (usually 30–120 min) with ignition on before trying again.
