Mercedes-Benz Car Radio Codes, MAP Data & Digital Delivery
OEM Radio Codes specializes in factory radio anti-theft (SAFE) unlock codes and official-style navigation map (MAP) database updates for Mercedes-Benz— where your head unit and platform are supported. Everything is delivered digitally by email; use the service cards below to start a secure order.
Mercedes-Benz Car Radio Code Service
Order a Mercedes-Benz car radio code (factory / OEM anti-theft PIN) for your head unit. Submit the serial or on-screen pre-code, complete checkout, and receive your anti-theft PIN by email — most orders in minutes, subject to the manufacturer or verification queue.
Mercedes-Benz Car Radio Unlock Service
If your Mercedes-Benz radio is locked (SAFE / CODE) after a flat battery or repair, you need a matching unlock / SAFE code for that exact unit. We use your serial and label details to supply the valid PIN and step-by-step entry tips where supported.
Mercedes-Benz Factory MAP Update & Sat-Nav Data Service
For factory navigation (MAP) updates, you'll be asked for VIN, head unit family, and region where applicable. We only supply MAP / navigation data where your Mercedes-Benz system and manufacturer rules allow — not third-party “maps on SD” outside those platforms.
Supported Mercedes-Benz Car Models & Head Units
For a structured overview of supported Mercedes-Benz model lines and systems, see the model coverage table on this page. You can also open each service's model list from the cards.

Step-by-step guide
How to identify your Mercedes-Benz system for service
Your VIN or head-unit serial is essential for generating unlock codes, COMAND antitheft codes, MAP PINs, and coding requests. Mercedes-Benz systems display the serial on the unit label or through an on-screen diagnostic menu.
- 1
Check the radio label
The serial is printed on a sticker on the top or side of the head unit. You may need to partially slide the unit out using appropriate removal keys to see it.
- 2
Use the on-screen menu
On some COMAND units, hold the "1" and "4" preset buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. The engineering menu may display the serial number (format varies by NTG generation).
- 3
Check the lockout screen
When the radio is locked, the display may show a code prompt with a partial serial reference. Note down the exact digits and letters shown.
- 4
Send a photo if unsure
Take a clear photo of the label or lockout screen and send it to our support. We will confirm the serial format and whether your unit is supported before payment.
COMAND NTG4.5+ and Audio 20 NTG5 units usually show a 14-character alphanumeric serial. Older Becker-based units use a shorter numeric format.

FAQ
Mercedes-Benz — Common questions
How do I find my Mercedes-Benz radio serial number?
Most COMAND and Audio units display the serial via the 1+4 button hold. If not, check the sticker on the top or side of the radio chassis. Send us a photo if the label is worn.
Does this work for COMAND Online NTG5 and newer?
We support COMAND APS, COMAND Online across NTG generations, and Audio 20/50 systems. Newer MBUX-dominant cockpits may use different security — contact us with your screen to confirm.
How fast will I receive my Mercedes-Benz code?
Most orders are emailed within 5–15 minutes. Complex NTG generations may take slightly longer if manual verification is needed.
Will this work on my Sprinter or Vito?
Yes. Sprinter (W906/W907) and Vito/Viano (W639/W447) factory radios are supported. Verify the serial on the radio chassis — commercial trims can differ from passenger-car audio.
What if I enter the wrong code too many times?
Mercedes radios lock out temporarily after 3 wrong attempts. Wait approximately 30–60 minutes with the ignition on, then try again. We provide exact reset guidance with your order.
What do I need for a MAP update on my Mercedes-Benz?
Usually your VIN, head-unit generation (e.g. NTG, COMAND, MBUX), and map region. We confirm the correct map product for your system before purchase — not every trim or market has an available update.
Is this site only for radio codes and MAP data?
Yes. This storefront is limited to radio anti-theft unlock codes and navigation MAP / map database updates. We do not offer ECU coding, service history, or third-party add-ons like phone-mirroring activation here.
