Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital product delivery, OEM Radio Codes operates a no-refund policy by default. Once a digital product (code, activation key, flash file, report, or any other deliverable) has been generated and sent to the email address you provided, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled.
Refunds are granted only when explicitly approved by the OEM Radio Codes team after internal review.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a full or partial refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Non-delivery: The digital product was never delivered to your email and our system confirms the delivery failure — provided you have checked your spam/junk folder.
- Incorrect product due to our error: We delivered an incorrect code or file due to a verified system error on our side. In this case, we will first attempt to provide the correct product free of charge.
- Technical impossibility: After accepting your order, we determine that the requested service cannot be provided for your specific vehicle or system — and we are unable to generate the product.
In all cases, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase to be eligible for review.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Granted
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Customer error in order details: You provided an incorrect serial number, VIN, email address, or selected the wrong service/brand. It is your responsibility to verify all information before checkout.
- Change of mind: You no longer need or want the product after it has been delivered.
- Duplicate orders: You placed the same order twice by mistake. Contact support immediately — we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis, but delivery of both orders voids automatic eligibility.
- Third-party interference: The product does not work because your vehicle, head unit, or ECU has been modified, damaged, or tampered with by a third party.
- Inability to enter the code: You are unable to use or apply the product due to lockout, hardware failure, or other issues unrelated to the accuracy of the product we delivered.
- Product already delivered and correct: If we have delivered the correct product matching the information you provided, the sale is final regardless of outcome.
4. Partial Refunds & Credit
In situations where the customer bears partial responsibility (e.g., incorrect order information, selecting the wrong product), OEM Radio Codes reserves the right to offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund. The amount is determined at our sole discretion based on the circumstances.
We are under no obligation to disclose the internal criteria used to calculate partial refund amounts.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your order, you must contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed:
- We will provide the payment processor with full evidence of delivery, including timestamps, email delivery logs, and the product that was generated and sent.
- For orders where the product was correctly delivered as requested, we will contest the dispute with all available evidence.
- Accounts associated with fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be permanently suspended, and the case may be referred to our fraud prevention and legal partners.
- Even in the event of a dispute, OEM Radio Codes reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal and commercial channels.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase via our Contact page or WhatsApp.
- Provide your order reference number, the email address used for the order, and a clear description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.
- If approved, the refund (full or partial) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Order Cancellation
Because our products are generated and delivered automatically, orders cannot be cancelledonce processing has begun. If your order is still in a “pending” state and has not yet been processed, you may contact support to request cancellation.
8. Policy Modifications
OEM Radio Codes reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
