Where to find your Renault / Dacia radio serial number
Renault and Dacia radios display a pre-code on the lock screen, which is usually sufficient for decode. The full serial is on the radio chassis label.

Read the pre-code from the screen
When the radio is locked, it shows "CODE" followed by a 4-character pre-code (1 letter + 3 digits, e.g., "F356"). This pre-code is usually all we need to generate your unlock code.

Check the radio label
Remove the radio with flat removal keys. The label on the top or side shows the full serial number and a possible pre-code. Look for a line starting with 'Security' or 'Pre-code'.

Check the owner's documentation
Renault often includes a security card in the owner's wallet listing the radio code. This card is sometimes glued inside the manual cover.

Send a photo of the lock screen
A clear photo of the CODE screen showing the pre-code is enough for us to confirm support and pricing.
Renault pre-codes are case-sensitive. The letter is always uppercase (A–Z). Dacia radios use the same pre-code system as Renault.
